Student App — Profile and settings

Opening your profile

From Home, open the menu or Profile (depending on how the app is set up). You’ll see your profile screen.

What you see

  • Your name, email, and phone (if provided).
  • Your qualifications (e.g. education, institution, year, percentage or grade).

What you can do

  • Change password — Tap “Change password” (or similar). Enter your current password, then your new password twice. Save. Next time you log in, use the new password.
  • Privacy policy — Tap the link to read the app’s privacy policy.
  • Request account or data deletion — The app does not have an in-app delete-account button. To request deletion of your account and data, see Request account or data deletion for the steps (contact your institution or administrator).
  • Log out — Tap “Log out”. You’ll be signed out and returned to the login screen. You’ll need your email and password to log in again.
