Staying signed in

If you turn on Remember me on the login screen, the app can keep you signed in on that device so you don’t have to enter your password every time.

Notifications

• Enable notifications for the app in your phone settings so you get alerts when your course access is approved or when there’s exam-related news.
• Open the Notifications screen in the app to see all messages and tap one to go to the related screen (e.g. course or exam result).

Videos and PDFs

• Videos open in full screen. Make sure you have a stable internet connection for smooth playback.
• PDFs (e.g. session materials) open inside the app. You can zoom and scroll; use the back button when you’re done.

Exams and mock tests

• Your answers are saved as you select them. Submit the exam only when you’re finished.
• Mock tests usually show your score and question review right after you submit. Use them to practice before real exams.

If something doesn’t work as expected, try closing and reopening the app, or contact your institution or support contact.
