Request account or data deletion — Super20
Super20 (this app) does not allow users to create their own account. Student accounts are created and managed by your institution or administrator. There is no in-app button to delete your account. You can request that your account and associated data be deleted by following the steps below.
How to request that your account and data be deleted
- Contact your institution or the Super20 administrator who manages your account (e.g. your school or training provider).
- Send a written request (e.g. by email) asking for deletion of your Super20 student account and associated data. Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your Super20 account
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted
- The administrator will process your request and delete your account and data from the system. You may receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete (depending on your institution’s process).
If you do not know who to contact, use the contact or support details provided by your institution when you received your Super20 login, or check your institution’s website for a contact email or support page.
What is deleted when your account is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are deleted:
- Your user account (login credentials)
- Your profile (name, email, phone, and similar details)
- Your qualifications linked to the account
- Your course enrollments and course access records
- Your exam and mock test attempts (scores, answers, results)
- Notifications and in-app activity linked to your account
Data that may be kept (for legal or operational reasons) for a limited time after account deletion:
- Anonymized or aggregated statistics (e.g. exam pass rates, course usage) that no longer identify you
- Backups that may contain your data for a short retention period (e.g. up to 30–90 days) before being overwritten; after that, your data is removed from backups as well
Your institution or the Super20 Privacy Policy may specify exact retention periods; you can ask them for details.
Requesting deletion of some data without deleting your account
If you want only some of your data deleted (for example, a specific course enrollment or exam history) but wish to keep your account, you can request that from your institution or the Super20 administrator in the same way: contact them by email or their support channel and describe what data you want removed. They will tell you what is possible and how long it may take.
