Admin Panel — Exams and question bank
Question groups and topics
- Question Groups — Used to organize questions (e.g. “Mathematics”, “General Knowledge”). Open Question Groups, add or edit groups (name, description).
- Question Topics — Topics belong to a group (e.g. “Algebra” under Mathematics). Open Question Topics, add or edit topics and choose their group. Used when building questions and mock tests.
Question bank (questions)
- Click Questions Bank in the sidebar.
- You see a list of questions. Filter by group or topic, or search.
- Add a question — Click the button. Enter the question text, add options (e.g. A, B, C, D), mark which option is correct, and choose the question group (required) and topic (optional). Save.
- Edit or delete — Open a question to edit it or remove it from the bank.
Test papers
- Click Test Papers in the sidebar.
- You see a list of test papers. Each test paper is a set of questions used in an exam.
- Add a test paper — Click “Add test paper” (or similar). Give it a name and description, then add questions (e.g. by selecting group/topic and how many questions per topic). Order the questions and save.
- Edit — Open a test paper to add, remove, or reorder questions.
Exams
- Click Exams in the sidebar.
- You see a list of exams (name, test paper, course, date/time, status).
- Create an exam — Click the button. Select a test paper, optional course, set start and end time and duration, and save. Students enrolled in the exam (or in the course) can take it in the mobile app during the scheduled time.
- Exam dashboard — Click an exam to open its dashboard: list of students who took it, their score, percentage, rank, and pass/fail status. You’ll also see summary stats (e.g. average score, pass rate). Use it to review results and rankings.
Scores and percentages shown here are calculated so that the number of correct answers never exceeds the total questions (no more than 100%).
