Appearance
Admin Panel — Courses and course access requests
Courses list
- Click Courses in the sidebar.
- You see a table of all courses (name, description, category, etc.).
- Create a course — Click the button to add a new course (name, description, category, thumbnail if needed). Save.
- View or edit a course — Click a course to open it. There you can edit details and manage playlists and sessions (add videos and materials).
Managing a course (playlists and sessions)
- Open a course from the Courses list.
- You see its playlists. You can add a playlist, edit its name/description, or reorder.
- Open a playlist — Click it to see its sessions. Add a session (e.g. video or PDF material), edit, or reorder. Session materials are usually files you’ve uploaded in Files.
- Sessions — For each session you can set the title, attach a video file, set duration, and attach materials (e.g. PDFs). Use the session modal or session materials modal as provided in the panel.
Course dashboard
If the menu has Course Dashboard (or you open it from a course), you’ll see an overview or analytics for that course (e.g. enrollments, progress). Use it to monitor how the course is doing.
Course access requests
- Click Course Access Requests in the sidebar.
- You see a table of student requests: student name, Student ID, email, mobile, course name, Course ID, status (Pending, Approved, Rejected), and dates.
- View a request — Click a row or “View” to see full details.
- Approve or reject — Open the request and click Approve or Reject. The student is notified (email and app notification). Only users with permission to approve can use these buttons.
- Use filters (e.g. by status) or search to find specific requests.
Approving gives the student access to that course in the mobile app; they’ll see it in their ongoing courses and can watch content.
