Admin Panel — Playlists, sessions, and files
Playlists
- Click Playlists in the sidebar.
- You see a list of playlists (name, description, session count).
- Create a playlist — Click the button (or “Create playlist”). Enter name and description, add a thumbnail if needed, and save.
- View or edit — Click a playlist to open it. There you can add sessions (videos or materials), reorder them, or edit/remove sessions. Playlists are then attached to courses in the Course view.
Sessions
- Click Sessions in the sidebar.
- You see a list of sessions (title, duration, which playlist they belong to, etc.).
- Create or edit a session — Add a session (title, video file, duration) and attach materials (e.g. PDFs) if needed. Video and materials are usually chosen from files you’ve uploaded in Files. Sessions are added to playlists from the Playlist or Course view.
Files
- Click Files in the sidebar.
- You see a list of uploaded files (videos, PDFs, etc.) with name, type, and size.
- Upload — Use the upload button to add new files (e.g. video for a session, PDF for session materials). Wait for the upload to finish.
- Delete — Remove files you no longer need. Be careful: if a file is used in a course or session, that content may break until you replace it.
Files uploaded here are used when you set a session video or session materials in playlists and courses.
